How to get a fast reply
- App support: include the app name (for example Marigold Market), device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
- Purchases / restores: include the approximate purchase date and whether you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. We process refunds through Apple when the platform requires it.
- Privacy requests: put “Privacy Request” in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for rights and timelines.
- Partnerships & press: introduce the work and the problem clearly; include a deadline if you have one.
